We are so excited to have your family enroll in our school!
Cloverdale Elementary serves students in grades PreClover through 4th grade. We have more than 490 young CLOVERS learning and growing every day. As principal, I look forward to getting to know your child and watching them learn, grow, and succeed at our school.
Important Dates for the 2026–2027 School Year
July 20 – CES Office Opens

All students and families are invited to attend. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet your child’s teacher and bring school supplies for the new school year.
August 5 – First Day of School (Grades K–4)
August 17 – First Day of Preschool
School Day Information
School Hours: 8:10 AM – 2:40 PM
Attendance is a top priority at CES. Parents must call the school before 9:00 AM if their child will be absent. Upon returning to school, students must bring a signed note explaining the reason for the absence. After nine days of absence, a doctor's note will be required.
Morning Arrival
- Bus drop-off begins at 7:35 AM. Students may report to breakfast or directly to their classroom.
- Car riders may be dropped off at the front middle doors from 7:45 AM to 8:10 AM.
- Students may eat breakfast before reporting to class.
- Students arriving after 8:10 AM will be marked tardy.
Afternoon Dismissal
If your child’s dismissal plans change, please send a signed note to the classroom teacher.
- Car riders are dismissed in front of CES at 2:40 PM. Parents should remain in their vehicles while staff members direct students to the appropriate cars.
- Bus riders begin boarding buses at 2:45 PM.
Meals
Breakfast and lunch are FREE for all CES students.
ParentSquare
Please register your family for ParentSquare, our new school-to-home communication platform. ParentSquare provides one convenient app for your entire family and all Cloverdale Community School Corporation activities.
Transportation
If your child will ride the bus, our office staff will assist you in connecting with the appropriate bus driver.
Health Services
CES has a comprehensive on-site Health Care Clinic to support your child’s medical and medication needs. Nurse Amanda is available to discuss any health concerns.
